Thank you for shopping at Dreams Bridal Accessories. You might have questions. The following should answer the most common questions.  If not, please feel free to contact us.

Broken or Damage Policy (No Returns):

​

We want our Dreams brides and customers to be very happy with the Bridal Headpiece or Accessories that was ordered. We allow an exchange only in case that the order was damaged. Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. The exchanges are from the available collections.  

​

It is very important to reach out to us as early as possible from receiving the headpiece so we can accommodate you. In case of Damage We only allow 5 days for you to return the headpiece back to us from the time you receive it. So make sure to use a shipping method that has tracking. We can also provide you with a store credit to buy your new selection.

Damaged or Broken Items Exchanges are handled as follows: 

​

  • The damaged headpiece must be returned to us and received within 5 days of your original delivery date to accommodate your exchange so reach out to us as soon as possible after receiving the headpiece.

  • Send back the headpiece with the original packing materials and with original tags.  Make sure you pack the piece very well so it does not get damaged during shipping.

  • The new exchanged headpiece has to be of equal or higher value of the original purchased headpiece.

  • We will ship the new exchanged item back to you free of charge.

  • We will honor the original discounts or promotions that were available at the time of your original purchase.

Shipping within the United States:

  • FREE shipping within the United States of America

  • Expedited and Fast shipping is provided for the available collections listed on Dreams Bridal Accessories  website. Please email us for details at contact@dreamsbridalaccessories.com 

  • Made to order pieces shipping may take 4-6 weeks.  We will try our best to accommodate your request.

International Shipping:

​

  • Worldwide Shipping is via the available shipping methods selected during checkout.  The cost is calculated during checkout that will cover the shipping expenses associated with international shipping.

  • Expedited and Fast shipping is provided for the available collections listed on Dreams Bridal Accessories website. Please email us for details at contact@dreamsbridalaccessories.com 

  • Made to order pieces shipping may take 4-6 weeks.  We will try our best to accommodate your request. 

  • It is difficult to predict the customs timing to process the shipment at your country.  Please add any special instructions in the note section during checkout or send us an email.

  • Some countries might impose import duties and it is difficult to estimate these expenses.  We will do our best to find out if your country has import duties on the selected headpiece.  Any import duties, levies or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
