​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Placing an order on dreamsbridalaccessories.com is simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Sign In / Register  If you're a returning DREAMS! Customer , please enter your email address and password. If you're a new customer, select "Create Account," then enter your email address and your choice of password.  

2. Once you're signed up, you can begin shopping! Search for merchandise by selecting a product category on the left-hand side of the page, or by using the search box with the name of an item.

3. When you find an item you'd like to purchase, choose your quantity and select "Add to Cart." You'll then receive a notification confirming that the item has been added to your cart. You can select "Continue Shopping," or, if you're done shopping and ready to checkout, select "View Cart."

4. When you're done shopping and ready to checkout, select "Cart" at the top right corner of the page, then select "Checkout."

5. Enter your shipping and payment information, then select "Continue to Review Order."

6. Carefully review your order then select "Place Your Order."

7. After completing your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

All prices are in US dollars and are shipped from Los Angeles, California. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments & PayPal. 

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Please make sure you select a safe delivery address you can trust, as we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

 

International Shipping

• Worldwide Shipping is via the available shipping methods selected during checkout.  The cost is calculated during checkout that will cover the shipping expenses associated with international shipping.

• Expedited and Fast shipping is provided for the available collections listed on Dreams Bridal Accessories website. Please email us for details at contact@dreamsbridalaccessories.com You can also add notes or instructions during checkout.

• Made to order pieces shipping may take 4-6 weeks.  We will try our best to accommodate your request. 

• It is difficult to predict the customs timing to process the shipment at your country.  Please add any special instructions in the note section during checkout or send us an email.

• Some countries might impose import duties and it is difficult to estimate these expenses.  We will do our best to find out if your country has import duties on the selected headpiece.  Any import duties, levies or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
